2.12 Reminder / Hot Keyboard Macro Utility Documentation
This action type lets you create reminders, messages that appear at specific times you set. Please note: the reminder is a specific action type. It could be activated by its own hot key, but there is no need to do this because the reminder message will pop up automatically at the time you specify for it.
Action parameters
Reminder text -
enter the message you want to appear when the reminder is activated
Set Time - choose time period for the reminder to appear
Advanced - press this button to set the time you want the reminder to pop up; please refer to Scheduler dialog window to learn about the different time settings available.
Play sound when get activated - check this box to select the sound file (.WAV) to be played when this reminder is activated
Tip
Reminders are deleted automatically when they expire.
Usage ideas:
- Make a reminder so you will not miss a meeting while reading your email or surfing the web
